Use of our website is at your own risk. Theatrical Threads is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arisen from your use of the website and online shop. This includes viruses that may infect your computer equipment.
Copying or selling any part of the content of Theatrical Threads website is prohibited without prior written consent. We may include links on our website to other companies' websites, however Theatrical Threads is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites, nor can it be held responsible for any activity that may arise during your visit.
Theatrical Threads do not store, not do we intend to store any financial details (credit or debit card details) relating to any of our customers. Theatrical Threads is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) through Trustwave.
Theatrical Threads will always attempt to include accurate and relevant information on the website at all times, but cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear from time to time. Theatrical Threads makes every effect to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to variations as they are passed to us from our suppliers should they have updated their materials without our knowledge.
Theatrical Threads reserve the right to cancel any order. We may not accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions
Payment for all goods must be made by either Paypal at the time you place your order, or by Bank Transfer by prior agreement. Purchases will not be dispatched unless cleared funds are received that cover both the purchase of them item and full postage costs. Theatrical Threads can also accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Bank Transfer and cash payments for purchases made from our office.
Theatrical Threads is based near Slough and Windsor, in Berkshire. We will deliver all goods following the delivery methods quoted on our website. Purchases can be sent within the UK by Royal Mail Signed For or Next Day Delivery. Overseas purchases will be sent by International Tracked and Signed postage. We can also employ the services of a courier for larger dispatches.
All delivery timescales quoted are estimates, based on our experiences of retailing online. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for delayed delivery, loss or damage of packages caused by a third party. IF there is an unforeseen delay on your order, caused directly by our company, you will be contacted directly by us.
We obtain a Certificate of Posting for every parcel that we send as proof that it has been dispatched
Whilst we take every effort to prevent shipping damage sometimes this does occur. Please do not sign for any purchases until you have inspected for damage. If you have already signed for the merchandise please retail the original shipping packaging and contact us within 24 hours. We may ask you to take photographs of the damage
Theatrical Threads is committed to providing full customer satisfaction. We are fully compliant with the European Consumer Rights Directives. Please advise us within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase. Your parcel must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of notification to return, Customers are responsible for the cost of postage when returning any purchase to us.
ALL RETURNS SHOULD COMPLY AS FOLLOWS;
Returns should be fully resalable to another customer as a brand new product.
Returns should be unworn, in the manufacturers original and undamaged packaging, complete with all tags and labels
Theatrical Threads reserves the right to refuse to refund on any return should be consider that they have been worn
Theatrical Threads will NOT refund on masks which are returned with a smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, stains or marked with make up.
Theatrical Threads does not refund on purchases left abandoned at Post Office depots and returned to us by Royal Mail
Our refund policy does not affect in any way the manufacturers warranty
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. For your own protection you should arrange for any goods to be returned by a tracked postage service.
The return policy is in addition to your statutory rights which will remain unaffected
If a refund is required for a parcel that goes missing in transit to a customer then we will Email you a Missing Parcel Claim Form, to be completed signed and returned to us. This form will be sent to Royal Mail along with printouts of your order and as soon as your form is back with us, we will refund you.
We are committed to providing a service to parents of schools in our immediate vicinity to save on postage costs. If a school would like to promote us as a supplier then we are happy to offer a discount code for use by parents at that school. Orders not adhering to our terms and conditions regarding discount codes will be cancelled with email notification if we do not believe that the order is for a child at the school to which the discount code has been provided.
Discount codes can be provided to event organisers for large events. Orders will require proof of attendance to qualify for the discount. Orders not providing proof of attendance will be cancelled if it is felt that the discount code may have been shared
Theatrical Threads reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice
